REFUND / DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY

A fair process when something is wrong.

THIS TIME, ME is a digital product. This Policy explains when purchases are generally final and how genuine purchase or access problems are handled.

Effective 10 August 2026

1. General rule for activated digital access

Digital purchases are generally final once access has been activated. We do not offer a blanket change-of-mind or seven-day money-back guarantee after a customer has gained access, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

2. When to contact us

Please contact support@thistime-me.com within 7 calendar days of purchase if you experience:

  • a genuine problem accessing the product;
  • a duplicate charge; or
  • a product that materially does not function as described.

The seven-day contact period is an issue-reporting window under this commercial policy. It is not a promise that every request will receive a refund, and it does not shorten any longer mandatory period or remedy provided by law.

3. What to include

Use the same email address used at checkout and include the purchase date, a short description of the issue and any non-sensitive information that helps us locate the transaction or understand the problem. Please do not email card details, passwords or verification codes.

4. How we will handle the request

We will investigate the purchase and the reported issue. Depending on what we find, an appropriate resolution may include access assistance, correction of a duplicate charge, repair or restoration of material functionality, or a refund where appropriate.

Any approved refund will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing times.

5. Change of mind

We do not promise a refund merely because a customer changes their mind after digital access has been activated. This position is always subject to any cooling-off right, refund right, remedy or other protection that applies under mandatory consumer law.

6. Your mandatory consumer rights remain

Nothing in this Policy waives your rights.

This Policy does not exclude, limit or override any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of the Republic of South Africa or other mandatory law that applies to you.

This Policy should be read together with the Terms of Use / Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy.
